Ponds

It is easy to be swayed from skin cream to skin cream. I'd like to take a moment to rave about one.
I was introduced to Ponds, like most ladies, by my family. I remember my Aunt Meg used Ponds
and she had the most beautiful skin.

The plus to Ponds cream is the value for the impact! The cream feels amazing, lasts forever and smells
nice while working fairly well ( at least I have found it to be the case for years).

My finding is that Ponds cream is not as easy to find but they have developed a line of creams for every woman.

Let me know what you think!

Hey there! Great news today! My sons have decided to start up their own review blog; my older son taking the IT portion of the job while my younger taking over the review segments. I sure hope you will visit the blogs.

Make a house a home!

Hi! I want to tell moms and dads about the easiest way to decorate a room these days. If you move a lot or simply have NO patience or time to paint then pick up these great finds. I know these have been around a while. The deal is, they now come in GREAT designs and at a fab price. I sure couldn't think
of a faster way to make an apartment feel like a home.

We recently moved ( and we'll be doing it again soon) and each time I hate finding out we can't paint or worse that it simply isn't reasonable. Luckily, for less than $15.00 (USD) these adhesive gems make my son feel at home. We can't wait to decorate again on the next move. You can peel and stick again and again. Awesome.

We're going to be doing that video tomorrow so if everything works out you guys should have another Lego Chima review tomorrow in VIDEO!!! We are so excited for this launch!  Thanks so much for your patience during back-to-school and Disney Infinity time! By the way, the boys just finished the Monsters University playset today! They felt so accomplished! Thanks for reading! Make sure you subscribe and tell us what you want reviewed!

Disney Infinity!

Hi! Sorry we have been missing for two days. We have been busy with DISNEY INFINITY.
The hype is true..this is an astounding game. My sons love it and I had a lot of fun playing too.
Honestly, I don't like the idea of having to buy action figure after action figure to make a game work.
However, in Disney Infinity, I can't wait to grab another Disney figure ( for 13.99 at Toys R Us) just to find out what will go down! Every play is new and you find yourself chatting with family about your adventure while you create this imaginary world all your own. This makes the game a real reason for everyone to join in the magic! Unfortunately, prices are moderate to high for pieces you need to make it  come alive.

Andrew Here!
My birthday is just around the corner, so I got some Infinity stuff for early gifts! In the 2 days that I've had the game I've played for around 8 hours. I've tried every playset and they're all awesome! I always have a hard time choosing which to play, and then there's the dilemma of which character to pick (especially in the Toy Box). But it's a great dilemma to have! My favorite playsets are The Incredibles (I haven't even see the movie!) and Cars. Everything about the game has impressed me. Though I've never been to a Disney Park, I can only imagine Disney Infinity is just like that experience but in your own living room. The themes really do immerse you into the world. The characters voices, the buildings and objects, terrain and skies, everything is themed to the playset you're in. Another thing I can't get enough of is the toy theme. When some of the toys are thrown they make squeaks or clunks and the only objects/characters in the game that die are enemies. The game was everything I expected and more! I can't wait to see what they have in store for future waves of characters and updates! But for now, I have so much more to explore so I'm gonna go tell my brother it's my turn! Thanks for reading everyone! Here's a picture of 1 character from each playset! :D

Trash Packs

Andrew here!
Hi guys! Today I'll be reviewing Trash Packs! "Trashies" as they are called, are collectable, squishy figure-type toys. They are like Squinkies, but bigger and double as pencil toppers! These guys come in trashcans (since they are trash items). I think this is awesome because it prevents them from getting lost and really creates the trashy scene for imagination to go crazy! Each series have different teams. Some examples from series 4 are The Grubz (leftover food), Hard Rubbish (household appliances), and Bin-sects (insects). My favorite is the Bin-fections from series 1!  The newest addition to the Trash Pack craze is Gross Ghosts! I can't wait to get my hands on some of these ghouls!
Thanks for reading! Again, we really apologize for the delay with the YouTube. We're going to look at it again here in a little bit. Thank you SO much for your patience!! Don't be shy guys, tell us what you want reviewed and we'll try to check it out! :D

YouTube Technical Difficulties

Hey everyone!
We just wanted to let you know that we're having trouble uploading the video about Andrew's birthday on to YouTube for you guys. We're sorry for the delay. Hopefully we can get that going today! Thanks for reading and let us know what you want to see reviewed!

GoGo Squeeze

GO GO YUMMY! Hi again! I thought giving you the mom and kid perspective would be fitting on most reviews. This is one of those. GoGo Squeeze is tasty and an easy way to give your kids a boost between meals. I am a firm believer that my kids need to eat a few times a day ( small portions and snacks). They are active and seem to stay focused and do better at everything on a full stomach. These fruity snacks do the trick! No fat and no sodium! Priced moderately though and I will say that coupons would benefit momma here! Made in the USA too! Love this..
Andrew here!
These taste excellent and I love that I don't have to use a spoon! If I'm not that hungry, I can cap it and put it in the fridge for later. The best part is trying new flavors! So far I like Apple Apple best but I've only tried 3 flavors. I was surprised at how good they were since they are so healthy! They even have organic! Also, for those who have allergies or are concerned for others who do, they are gluten, nut, and dairy free! :D

Birthday and Legos!

Andrew here!
My birthday is coming up in a few weeks so my brother took me to Toys R Us! The result? Legos! (and some other stuff I prelude to in our first YouTube video, link below) I got 2 minifigures. Both being the Roman Commander. Usually, I would be disappointed to have received doubles, but because of their theme it was pretty cool! I was also surprised at how many accessories came along with the figures. They come with bases, helmets with horsehair crests, swords, and capes! With the anticipated arrival of series 11 in September, series 10 minifigs are getting sparse so if you see one, get one! After all, there are still over 3,000 Mr.Golds left to be found!
The next product I'd like to tell you guys about is Chi Cragger from Legends of Chima. Again, way more quality than I expected! Most of his joints are ball joints. This makes his articulation ability that much better! You can put him in pretty much any pose you want! This is carried throughout his entire body and his mouth can even be opened to different angles! I demonstrate this in our video. It looks like Cragger has also gotten his hands on some Chi because he has some on his chest! I think I better get Laval for my birthday so he can make sure the Chi is in the right hands!
Thanks for reading!

Life is a beach!

So,  I just recently moved to Florida. I find the beach a calm place to spend time (FREE!) and let your children fill their imaginations by the sea! We visited Clearwater Beach today. I found myself thankful for these 99 cent bags. I know this is simple. This is what I like about these eco friendly and affordable bags. You use them for a little bit of everything from shopping at Publix, school supplies, crafts, puppets, camping gear,  to beach towels and sunscreen! Pick up these bags now @ a store you love so you're more likely to use them more often!

What makes a day at the beach for your family? You certainly don't need a pond, pool or stream. You do need an imagination and maybe a 99 cent bag.
Have fun!

We just got the youtube up and running and hopefully I can have my mom make a video for you guys tomorrow! Check back often for more reviews! :D http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCY1hrrfSJXE24SqTu6s7z5A

Welcome!

Hey there! My name is Heather! My goal is to become THE product reviewer for momma's like ME! This blog is my spot for all things mom! I'm talkin' toys, apple sauce, dog food, vacation spots to garbage bags and vitamins.

This means I could use YOUR input. What do you want to see reviewed and what do you wish
there was out there for moms ( and dads) like us? I don't know about you but I don't see enough
real reviews. This is a good place to start and save money!

My two boys keep me entertained and on my toes. My first son is entering college and the young one, Andrew, is addicted to Disney Infinity, Angry Birds  and Lego toys ( which I have somehow found a fondness for).

My dog is a baby. He sleeps in the day and keeps me up all night.  He won't eat anything but "Blue Buffalo." I highly recommend this stuff. I guess I will save this for a future blog and I will leave that for my son.

Ok. Your turn! What products do you recommend and why? I would like to hear from you so please email me. YouTube account coming next...
